The bundled OpsHub integration for Rally hits end of life on March 31, 2026. After that, no enhancements, no maintenance, no support through Rally.
If you've been syncing Rally with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce through OpsHub, this is the one to pay attention to.
The Good News
Unlike some of Rally's other recent retirements, this one comes with an actual plan. Broadcom is offering free ConnectALL licenses, SaaS or On-Premise, for the duration of your current OpsHub entitlement. Migration assistance is included at no cost.
Your Broadcom account team should be reaching out to coordinate the transition. If they haven't yet, don't wait for the call.
What to Do Before March 31
- Inventory your OpsHub connections. Which tools are syncing with Rally, what data flows between them, and who owns each integration?
- Contact your Broadcom account team. They'll set up your free ConnectALL license and help plan the cutover.
- Test ConnectALL with your actual workflows. The data mapping won't be identical, budget time for configuration, not just installation.
- Check your custom integrations. If your team built anything on top of OpsHub's API or extended its sync rules, those won't carry over automatically.
The Bigger Picture
OpsHub is the second Rally feature hitting end of life on March 31, Idea Manager goes the same day. And the App SDK and Custom Pages follow in October. If you're wondering how we got here, our geological history of the Rally platform covers the full arc. If you're an enterprise Rally team, 2026 is a year of transitions.
ConnectALL is a solid integration platform, this isn't a downgrade. But it is a migration, and migrations take more time than anyone budgets for.
Need Help With Rally Integrations?
We build custom Rally integrations for enterprises that need something beyond out-of-the-box connectors. If ConnectALL doesn't cover your use case, or if you need help untangling what OpsHub was actually doing before you can migrate it, let's talk.
